Kanye West's listening party in Haikou has created a massive economic impact for the city. The ticket sales alone reached approximately 51 million RMB, and as a result, Haikou's tourism revenue increased by 373 million RMB.

A total of 39,727 attendees were recorded, with more than 95% of them coming from outside of the island. The main sources of visitors were Guangdong, Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Beijing, making up 40% of the total audience. Additionally, there were 848 attendees from overseas and Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan regions.

On the day of the performance, the average occupancy rate of accommodation facilities in Haikou reached 83.42%, an increase of 41.82% compared to the same period last year and an increase of 10.44% compared to the previous month. The average occupancy rate of the 23 monitored hotels was 88.3%, and the occupancy rate of 53 tourist hotels exceeded 90%. It is estimated that the accommodation industry generated a turnover of over 45 million RMB on that day.

The major attractions and rural tourism sites in Haikou received a total of 73,900 tourists, resulting in a revenue of 132.67 million RMB.
